Subject: Special project initiated by "The Moderators Group"
Delegate: moderator "veralun"
Main Goal: to find a way to gather links to all important threads on Mystonline Forums.
Present Object: to gather a group of knowledgeable Guild delegates that would be able
to recognize importants threads that would be used to create a centralized list.
