This is great news and everything, but I have one question. I thought this site was for news about the cavern, related cavern groups, and related cavern sites. Did I get the wrong idea?
No you are right Lynnutte. I think it may not be appropriate for the GoMe website. Obviously we want to give news to the Uru community but the line in OCC news is hard to decide.
A Uru article should be put on the feeds, an interview with a Cyan employee working on Uru should be put but what about an other game that Cyan produce? It is a very good question that we didn't ask ourselves until now. We could also wonder if OCC news should be completely avoided.
I think it's time to debate this until we post or not post this news. ;)
We could make a section for Cyan/ not URU related discusion.
You mean a new feed that would not be shown on the main page?
I was just thinking of a section for non-URU related topics. Not necessarily a news feed.
Or an OOC category (with its own icon).
OCC catergory is a great idea.
I'd go with with Shimmer suggestion of a OCC category with special icon but how much OCC can news be to be published? A line needs to be drawn for OOU(out of Uru) stuff.
An other section in my mind would be hard to find on the website so why bother with a OCC section at all... unless I don't understand where you want this section to be Lynutte.
Maybe OOU would be a better way of putting it. (Out of URU) Anything not related to URU.
I just thought I'd let you know that it can already be purchased here:

Thank you Jnathus. I though that it was a kids game but the reviewer says it's even fun for adults... Even though Cyan is linked to the game I wonder if they developed it or just gave them some guidelines like Myst 4 for example.
But I'm happy for Cyan..more money for them.
I'm happy for Cyan..more money for them.
Yes, more money for them, but what's funny is that it'll probably even more money from us . . the fans of Cyan. Our commentator Mowog, is a big fan dating back to Cyan's early history, and he's already ordered Hex Isle. It looks a bit too 'kid-like' for me, but I'll probably get it at some point. I have owned every version of Myst game (save the Mac versions) ever made . . . I guess I need to keep that theme running. :)
After listening to the Ryan Miller interview, I wonder if the expansion for the Cyan company(that has nothing to do with MOUL) was about games such as this one... *scratch head*
What should the OOC logo look like? An earth? The Cyan "C"?
Though question... I do like the idea of using the C from Cyan... but it still raises the question why kind of OOC news wil fit into that category beside when Cyan release non-Uru games...
Using the term Out of Uru would me more appropriate though:OOU
