Another All Guilds Meeting has ended, and despite some technical difficulties with Doobes and Lyrositor needing to take over moderating duties at the last minute, the event went as smoothly as it could. We have the usual raw and cleansed chatlogs for you, as well as a summary of what took place:
The Open Cave
Mystler took the stage to announce that TOC is celebrating their anniversary by having another Gahreesen Wall Tournament! It will be held on TOC shard on Friday, August 23rd at 13:00 KI time (7PM UTC). Everyone will meet in the Contest Hood a half-hour beforehand and link to Gahreesen from there. For instructions on installing The Open Cave shard, refer to their site.
Guild of Statues
The GoS announced that they will be hosting a "Day of Statues" party in the near future, an event where you can transform yourself into a statue. Date and time TBD, so check here for updates.

The official schedule for this year's Mysterium convention is now available via the Mysterium Website! Please note that all times are in Eastern Time (GMT -4).
Thursday, August 1st
Friday, August 2nd
Saturday, August 3rd
Sunday, August 4th
As Mysterium gets closer and the schedule of events starts to fill...one panel in particular is quite noteworthy! Similar to the interview with Rand Miller at Mysterium 2011, the other co-creator of Myst and younger Miller brother, Robyn Miller, will join the proceedings at Mysterium 2013 via a Skype Q&A!
If you'd like to submit some questions for Robyn, please email them to email@example.com by midnight Eastern time on July 28th (or 22:00 KI time if that's easier to remember).
The interview is scheduled to take place during Mysterium on Saturday, August 3rd. Mysterium itself runs from Thursday, August 1st through Sunday, August 4th. We will keep the community posted on the time of the interview and other events at the fan convention as the schedule is finalized.
Like many conventions, Mysterium is known for its informative and inventive panels...and the committee would like to see what you've got!
If you're headed to Mysterium this year in Rochester, NY, now is your chance to present (or show off, if you prefer) anything you have that's Myst and/or URU related, whether it be a lecture, a demonstration, or whatever you can come up with to wow the audience.
Interested? Then be sure to fill out this form with as many details as possible to give the committee a good idea of what you'll need. Submissions are due by July 26th, so don't delay!
Mysterium will be held August 1st through the 4th. We'll have coverage of the event at that time, so keep checking in!
After some careful and skillful negotiating, the Mysterium committee has finally nailed down a hotel where the event will take place! And with that completed, they have also opened up registration!
As was announced back at the end of January, the location for this year is going to be Rochester, New York from August 1st to the 4th.
The hotel information is as follows:
Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Henrietta (link goes to customized reservation page)
280 Clay Road
Rochester, New York
The nightly rate is $109 for the four days of the event plus one or two nights on either end if you'd like to stay a bit longer.
Be sure to visit their registration page as well and sign up for the festivities and (if you choose) accompanying swag!
We will have coverage of any big announcements from the event in August. To all those who plan to attend: have fun!
