Memorial and Sharper's Jounal disabled - Solved

update 2 :The server restart seems to have solved the problem.

At least since 14:00 KI yesterday both the Memorial in Kahlo's pub and Sharpher's Journal in the office haven't been working. According to the more technically gifted people from the community this means the "Global inbox" folder has been unlinked from the system. This is confirmed by Cyan.
